  • Medicaid Enrollment Assistance
  • Referrals for other community resources
  • Assistance with completing Check-in forms
  • Helps with completing prescription assistance applications

Medication Assistance:

  • Generic prescriptions are written when possible
  • When name-brand drugs are necessary, the patient advocate can assist with completing
  • prescription assistance applications for no-cost or low-cost prescriptions

Jefferson Community Health Care Centers, Inc. will be providing the Marrero residents with new clinic hours to better serve the community. The new clinic hours are Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays 9am until 9pm, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 9am until 6pm and Saturdays 9am until 1pm. (Marrero Location only).
